The house is 2700 square feet (251sqm), with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (full bath [shower and tub]), a large living room with fireplace, TV & DVD player. It has a one-car garage, central air-conditioning, and wireless Internet. The house also has a clothes washer and dryer, a smoker BBQ, a screened-in gazebo, a porch, a lake just behind the house, and 10,000 acres of marked trails to hike and explore the Dubuque Forest. Sleeping : -2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size mattress, 1 double bed, two queen futons and a crib. Kitchen : -Fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel microwave, Ninja toaster oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, hot water kettle, electric stove, oven, and eat-in kitchen -Smoker BBQ, propane and charcoal BBQ (for use on the patio please) -Gigabit Fiber High-speed internet -Central air and heating -Indoor wood fireplace -Pet and kid-friendly In the winter, the house includes cross-country skis, snowshoes and wood for the fireplace. It also has an indoor parking space so you won't need to brush and scrape! The house is 10 minutes to Berkshire East Ski Area , Stump Sprouts and Notch View Reservation for cross-country skiing. Southern Vermont ski areas such as Mt Snow and Stratton are an hour's drive. The house is ideally located close to Smith College and all of the shops, restaurants, and cultural activities of Main Street, Northampton. Also in the area is Tanglewood in Great Barrington, Mass MoCA in North Adams, Clark Art Institute & Williams College in Williamstown, and Jacobs Pillow in Becket.
