Hilltown Community Health Center

Hilltown Community Health Center (HCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and operates four health center sites: the Worthington Health Center, Huntington Health Center, John P. Musante Health Center in Amherst, as well as the Gateway School-Based Health Center, located at Gateway Regional Middle/High School. HCHC also provides community wellness and social services through the Hilltown Community Center, located in downtown Huntington. HCHC's mission is to create access to high quality integrated health care and promote well-being for individuals, families, and our communities.
