Digital Media Literacy: Search the Web Better and Smarter (1 class)

August 5 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Digital Media Literacy is the ability to effectively find, identify, evaluate, and use information.

Digital Media Literacy is the ability to effectively find, identify, evaluate, and use information. Anyone can create media and put it online. We don’t always know who the author is, if the information is credible or why they made it. In this class you will learn how to interpret and evaluate the information you see online. Whether you are reading an article, watching a video, or using social media. Digital media literacy has become an essential skill in this day of overwhelming online information. You will also learn how to “Google it” to help you find what you are searching for.

This 1 Part Class Will Be On The Following Days

Thursday August 5 10AM to 12PM

Class will be VIRTUAL via Zoom
